Customer Service Representative

Golden Service Insurance Agency is looking for a new customer service representative to join the team. This is an entry level job which includes a month of on-site training from our current CSR. The duties for our CSR position include:

• Greeting Customers

• Answering Calls

• Managing EZ Lynx Database and Filing

• Filing and processing policy changes

• Sending out mail to customers

• Processing Customer Payments

• DMV Registration Services
